扫描奶臭王 / Scanning Natural King 隐私政策

本隐私政策适用于扫描奶臭王 / Scanning Natural King。本应用以本地文档处理为主，默认不要求账号，不内置广告 SDK，也不使用第三方追踪工具。

This Privacy Policy applies to Scanning Natural King. The app is designed as a local-first document tool. It does not require an account by default, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not use third-party tracking tools.

1. 我们处理哪些信息

在您主动使用相关功能时，本应用可能处理您导入或拍摄的图片、PDF、文档文件、导出路径、OCR 文本、页面范围、水印和应用设置。这些内容默认保存在您的设备本地或您选择的导出位置。

When you use related features, the app may process images, PDFs, document files, export paths, OCR text, page ranges, watermarks, and app settings that you provide or create. These items are stored locally on your device or in the export location you choose by default.

2. 本地处理

扫描创建 PDF、PDF 分割/合并/压缩、普通 OCR、文件管理等核心功能默认在设备本地处理。除非您主动分享、导出到其他 App，或开启可选的 AI OCR 校错功能，否则我们不会把您的文件或文本上传到远程服务器。

Core features such as scan-to-PDF, PDF split/merge/compress, standard OCR, and file management are processed locally by default. We do not upload your files or text to remote servers unless you actively share or export them to another app, or enable the optional AI OCR correction feature.

3. 可选 AI OCR 校错

AI OCR 校错默认关闭。若您主动开启并配置第三方 API 或兼容接口，OCR 文本、接口地址、模型名称和 API Key 设置会用于调用您配置的第三方服务。如果您额外开启“上传 PDF 页面图片给 AI 识别”，导出智能 OCR 文档时可能按页发送 JPEG 页面图片和 OCR 初稿到该服务。第三方服务的数据处理、保留、费用和地区限制由对应服务提供方决定。

AI OCR correction is off by default. If you choose to enable it and configure a third-party API or compatible endpoint, OCR text, endpoint URL, model name, and API key settings are used to call the third-party service you configure. If you also enable page image upload for AI recognition, JPEG page images and initial OCR text may be sent during Smart OCR export. Data handling, retention, pricing, regional restrictions, and availability are controlled by the corresponding third-party provider.

4. 系统权限

• 相机权限：用于拍照扫描文档或扫描二维码/条形码。
• 照片权限：用于导入图片或保存导出的图片。
• 文件访问：用于导入、处理和导出您选择的文件。
• 网络访问：仅用于您主动触发的分享、系统服务或 AI OCR 校错。
• Camera permission: used to scan documents or scan QR/barcodes.
• Photo permission: used to import images or save exported images.
• File access: used to import, process, and export files you choose.
• Network access: used only for actions you initiate, system services, or AI OCR correction.

5. 数据共享

本应用不会出售您的数据，不会把文档内容分享给广告商。数据仅可能在您主动分享文件、导出到其他 App、开启 AI OCR 校错，或法律法规要求时离开本机。

We do not sell your data and do not share document content with advertisers. Data may leave your device only when you actively share files, export to another app, enable AI OCR correction, or when required by law.

6. 数据删除

您可以在应用内删除生成的文件，也可以通过系统“文件”App、相册或卸载应用清除本地数据。您也可以关闭 AI OCR 校错，并删除或更换已填写的 API Key、接口地址和模型名称。

You can delete generated files in the app, or remove local data through the system Files app, Photos app, or by uninstalling the app. You can also turn off AI OCR correction and delete or replace the API key, endpoint, and model name you entered.
